This is the story of my life:

I was born on June 5, 1980 in Monte Grande, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I live with my family in a cool big house totally built by my dad (he's pretty good at these things). My mother is a teacher, not working now. I'm always grateful to my parents for the big family and moral values I got from them and will carry with me wherever I go. Mine is a typical happy family, with not many problems (not enough to go to the talk shows!).

As soon as I was able to grab a pencil, I drew. I kept drawing animals all the time. Books were really something to me too. That was my childhood. And most of my adolescence and my youth now. Some things never change. I'm still a fan of TV cartoons and videogames. Most books I read are related to horror and science-fiction in general (along with Celtic mythology, my new hobby).
The idea of creating a character and making him talk and act and live has always captivated me. That's why I started an animation career some 3 years ago. Animation is one of the things that lets you create as if you were a magician. It's even more magic than real-life movie magic!

This is the story of Michael in my life:
When I was 12 I didn't use to listen to music very much. Until I found a magazine with a huge article talking about the weird personality about this man called Michael Jackson... some words in bold said he kept a zoo at his home, that he had a big cartoons collection in his private cinema, and his life was very much like some science fiction's movie character. I instantly fell in love with him. Because I felt I had found somebody like me, with the same kind of interests. So I started getting everything I could about his life, career, everything, feeling more and more stunned in every step. The messages in his music were amazing too, his voice angelic, and his dance astonishing. I was caught in the Michaelmania.
So, I did what I always do when I'm crazy for something I see: I stopped drawing Disney's Little Mermaid or the Neverending Story's Falcor dragon and I started drawing Michael.
I continued drawing him at school, during those boring Math classes...

The evolution of Michael:

... by then I tried to copy his looks exactly as I remembered them (that's how I like to draw most things, and I must say that drawing by memory really helps you to develope a GOOD visual memory):

But then my caricature instinct made me wonder, "How would he look like if he was a cartoon character or a comic character?". So I made this first attempt. This is when my character was born.

Then my character got his own personality too, he was a pseudo-Michael, some adorable parody of the real Michael. He got his personality as I made him have lots of endless dialogues with my classmate, Celeste. But he still didn't look like an animation character. So I decided to smoothen him a little bit:

I still made a couple of changes in his eyes and chin before I was finally satisfied:

And when I finished school, my character had reached his whole development (well, not really becuase it never stops changing... I wonder when it's gonna stop evoluting). It's Aliiiiive!!
